Thank you for choosing BryteBridge to support your nonprofit or small business. Please note while most of our services can be completed in 10-30 days; however, much of our work involves working with the states and the IRS, and we rely on their responsiveness and cooperation to fulfill orders.

We process all orders on a first-come, first-served basis and begin as soon as we have all the necessary information.

Customer Service – To reach customer service or receive an order update, please log in to your Client Portal at app.brytebridge.com and submit a service request. We typically respond same day or within 48 hours. This method allows us to track, assign, and monitor your service request to ensure you receive a response as quickly as possible.
