As part of our process, we will conduct a deep dive into understanding your proposed nonprofit, including an intake questionnaire and client interview, to understand your goals and planned operations.

Once we fully understand, we will determine and confirm it will meet the IRS classification. Upon completing our assessment, if we don’t think your organization will qualify for 501c3 tax-exempt status, we will share which 501(c) codes (if applicable) you may be eligible to apply for. e.g., 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5),501(c)(6),501(c)(7), and 501(c)(8). You may choose between a refund or proceeding with the applicable 501(c). Additionally, we will provide a full refund if we submit your 501c3 application and it gets denied. Our guarantee only applies once the 1023 or 1024 applications have been submitted to the IRS.
