Are registered agent services included in my Nonprofit Formation package?

It depends on which service option is selected.

At this time, Registered Agent Services are included for the first year for Concierge 501(C)(3) formation services. You are not obligated to use the Registered Agent Services. Through these services, you will be alerted via email by our partners of legal notices and other important mail received on your behalf. The service automatically renews annually and is billed to your card on file. You can change the card on file through the client portal.
